What it does
Awaab's Law puts registered housing providers on statutory clocks: once a hazard like damp and mould is reported, fixed timescales apply for investigating, communicating and fixing it. EvidenceTrail is an overlay that sits alongside a provider's existing repairs system — it doesn't replace it — and tracks each case's statutory clocks, flags where the evidence record has gaps, and assembles the documentation into case packs ready for the Housing Ombudsman or the Regulator of Social Housing. When a case is challenged months later, the provider has a coherent, timestamped account of what was done instead of a scramble through emails and job notes.
Who it's for
Compliance, repairs and housing-management teams at UK registered housing providers — the English social landlords who carry Awaab's Law obligations and have to evidence their response times to regulators, not just achieve them.
